  • Initial improvements can often be seen within the first few meetings, with sustainable growth typically achieved over a year. Our minimum contract term is one year to ensure lasting impact.

  • Our monthly retainer starts at $2,000 - $3,000 per month for practices grossing up to $2 million annually. For practices between $2 million and $4 million, the retainer is $4,000 per month, and for those between $4 million and $6 million, it's $5,000 per month. Practices grossing over $6 million can contact us for custom pricing.

  • We specialize in working with practices grossing between $800,000 and $3 million annually, with 8 to 20 clinicians. If your practice is near these thresholds, we'd still love to discuss how we can assist you.

  • Our approach is all-inclusive, providing you with unlimited access to all our services under one retainer. This ensures a holistic strategy tailored to your unique needs.

  • Jennifer personally consults directly with all clients, providing her expertise and guidance throughout our partnership.

  • We'll conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand your current systems, build upon what's working, and enhance areas that need improvement.
